GCS Bulgaria Ltd was founded in July 2005. The system certification body is part of the holding structure of EuroBul Holding JSC – The First Bulgarian Joint Stock Company for Conformity Assessment. The main office is based in Sofia. GCS Bulgaria has operational offices in Plovdiv, Burgas, Shumen, Kardjali, Vidin, Russe as well as in Skopje, Macedonia; Prishtina, Kosovo and Beograd, Serbia.

The Consultative Council is created in order to assure the equity of actions of the certification body, with the participation of external for the company people – stakeholders’ representatives.
 
The General Manager issues and signs the valid certificate under the according accreditation and with a unique number.
